its basically a biological rhythm that operates on a 24 hour cycle and can do so without periodic stimulus like day/night cycle.
so i hope this helps some of you figure things out.
Now that is interesting.
(as I doubt that many planets in New Eden have a 24 hour day...)

Out of several times I tried to follow the Sleeper it didn't land at the office though, couldn't find at planet or moons, and there were no other objects to warp to in that direction. If they are so interested in Customs Offices I thought it was worth a try to anchor an Office Gantry in the Unidentified Structure site. But they don't let to do it if you're in NPC corp like myself. If someone was so nice to try that...
If its possible to anchor one without a planet. You cant place a Siphon without a Control Tower around. NPC's are immune to things like scrams, as they don't actually warp/use MWD's and the like in the same manner as players do. Same for neuts, they have tiny cap but infinite regen to stop NOS abuse.

So Unidentified structures could be gravitational anchors for violent wormholes...is that what you are suggesting?

I heard that there was some "extra-shield" coming with this beauty? It looks more like a organic coating to me if I look at the picture...
Edit: I have not heard anyone from ccp actually refer to this baby as Jove and I really do not think it is. The Jove had better ship designs fitting to their stations.
What if that is something entirely different...the Logo does not fit to any of the known Jove-organisations and why in the world would a artificial intelligence (Sleepers) need a Symbol on their vessels?
